Dang Thanh Ha (Ms)
Founder / Tourist Expert
With 15 years of experience in the tourism industry, Thanh Ha brings a wealth of knowledge from both private businesses and NGOs. Her expertise ensures that our projects not only thrive but also bring sustainable benefits to the communities we serve.
Le Hoa Minh (Ms)
Co-founder / Experience Designer
Minh studied Humane Digital and has two years of experience in the tourism industry and four years in tech start-ups. Minh’s approach to community projects from a technological perspective helps systematize community processes, increasing scalability for each project.
Nguyen Thao Nguyen (Ms)
Community-based Operational Manager
Graduating in Communication from the Diplomatic Academy, Thao Nguyen is skilled in working with indigenous and local people. With extensive knowledge of ethnology and the ability to work directly within communities, Nguyen brings our projects to life, ensuring they are grounded in real-world practices and culturally sensitive.
Mít
Too hyper to work, Too smart to stay
Born into a rural family with seven brothers and sisters, Mít was adopted by the team for her intelligence and energy. Her playful nature sometimes scares smaller dogs, but she just wants to have fun. Super friendly and almost always silent, Mít is a joyful presence in our team, weighing 14kg.
