Magnolia is nominated as one of the 60 winners of the BLUE Innovation Challenge by UNDP, funded by Japanese Government. We have implemented the Climate Change Adaptation Solution for and Medium-sized Tourism Facilities in Coastal Areas, focusing on Tam Thanh beach and Tam Thanh Mural village.
Our project aims to uplift the livelihoods of local residents by promoting tourism as a secondary income source, encouraging them to stay and protect their coastal environment As part of our initiative, we have introduced a circular kitchen in a local homestay and provided training and capacity building for locals on sustainability practices.

Launching of the Project
This project milestone outlines the successful signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Ngoc Lan Homestay in Ha Hoa hamlet, Tam Thanh Mural Village. The homestay is recognized for its hospitality and is linked to a notable fish sauce workshop, where Ms. Lan serves as a fish sauce artisan.
In conjunction with Ngoc Lan Homest, a "circular tourism" initiative has been launched, featuring the implementation of a compost pit to support sustainability efforts, with the tagline "Circular is the new Wellness." This project marks a significant step towards promoting sustainable tourism practices.
