At Magnolia, we believe the most powerful lessons are learned through real experiences - walking through rice terraces, listening to local farmers’ stories, and observing how communities nurture their land and culture.
As part of our growing commitment to education and sustainability, Magnolia is now forming partnerships with universities and schools to design educational travel programs and study trips across Vietnam. These programs connect academic learning with community-based experiences, allowing students to engage directly with sustainability in action.
These partnerships aim to connect academic learning with real-world sustainability practices at our project sites, built upon our deep relationships with local communities and authorities. In Tam Thanh, the core session centers on exploring the Eco-DRR (Ecosystem-based Disaster Risk Reduction) system —-understanding how coastal vegetation and community resilience intertwine with the support of local governance. In Pù Luông, our Youth4Climate project provides unique access to the land, the people, and the ancient water irrigation systems that have sustained generations, adding a powerful layer of storytelling and authenticity deeply rooted in the community. Each visit becomes a living classroom - where students engage with farmers, artisans, and local youth to co-learn about regenerative agriculture, climate resilience, and community innovation.

From Pù Luông’s rice heritage to Tam Thanh’s coastal ecosystems, every destination becomes a field of discovery blending science, culture, and empathy. These journeys not only deepen students’ understanding of sustainability but also highlight how collaboration between academia, social enterprises, and local actors can drive meaningful impact.
This initiative supports Sustainable Development Goal 17 - Partnerships for the Goals, by fostering long-term and mutually beneficial collaboration between Universities, Organizations, and Communities.
We invite educators and institutions who share our vision to collaborate with us in shaping a new generation of conscious learners and travelers.
